Anbei ein paar Bilder der Aktion und eine grobe Kosten und Zeitaufstellung.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Das Aufstelldach auf dem Kutter<br /> <br /> Schritt1<br /> einen T3 mit Aufstelldach finden und diesen opfern. Ob das jetzt ein Westfalia- oder wie in diesem Fall ein Carthago-Dach ist wahrscheinlich egal. Dann das Dach über den Kutter hängen und mit der Flex gerade schneiden (Stichsägeblätter schaffen gerade 10cm durch das dicke GFK). An den Seiten sind das ca. 70mm. Dann ablassen und an den hinteren Scharnieren und den Gasdruckfedern festschrauben.<br /> <br /> <br /> http://www.destalt.com/mb100_aufstelldach/1_mb100_dachvormontage2.jpg.<br /> <br /> <br /> Schritt2<br /> Wenn das Dach ausgerichtet ist und plan aufliegt werden von innen zwischen die Streben U-Profile geschweißt. Am besten wieder Gummibänder oder Schaumstoff zwischen die Verschraubungen legen, sonst knarrt das gesamte Dach beim Schlafen.<br /> <br /> <br /> Schritt 6<br /> Faltenbalgschnitt ausmessen und den Faltenbalg-Stoff bestellen (gibt es im Netz - „Baumwolle Faltenbalg grau“ suchen).
