Juli 2013 19:52<br /> <br /> Hallo Campingfreunde speziell von der Absorber-Kühlschrankfraktion,<br /> <br /> letztes WE hat mich bei tropischen Temperaturen der gute alte<br /> Electrolux- Absorberkühlschrank RM185 im Stich gelassen!<br /> Nachdem die Gasflasche leer war und ich eine volle Flasche<br /> angeschlossen hatte ließ sich der Kühli nicht mehr starten-<br /> keine Zündflamme!<br /> <br /> Also erst mal Bedienungsanleitung studiert. Dort bin ich auf den<br /> Pkt. &quot;Warten der Geräte / Reinigen der Brennerdüse&quot; gestoßen.<br /> &quot;(Darf nur vom Kundendienst oder einem vom VFG anerkannten Sachkundigen durchgeführt werden)&quot;<br /> <br /> Was soll man nun mitten in der Pampa am Samstag Mittag bei<br /> 35° machen?<br /> <br /> Glücklicherweise standen die erforderlichen Rep. Schritte gleich<br /> Darunter….<br /> <br /> Aber zuerst Zugang zur Kühli-Rückwand freimachen- Moto abladen- Träger entfernen und danach fluchen.<br /> Die Brennereinheit ist nicht demontierbar weil die Befestigungsschrauben nicht zugänglich bzw. total fest gerostet sind.<br /> <br /> Man muß die Kühlirückwand etwas nach hinten frei bekommen.<br /> <br /> http://archiv.mb100.de/images/1/1f/DSCN0373.JPG<br /> <br /> <br /> Ich bin dann irgendwann an die Düse rangekommen und stellte die Verstopfung der Gasbrennerdüse fest. Die Düse hat eine mit bloßem<br /> Auge nicht sichtbare Bohrung die anscheinend verrusst war.<br /> <br /> http://archiv.mb100.de/images/0/0e/DSCN0375.JPG<br /> <br /> <br /> Mit einer haarfeinen Kupferdrahtlitze konnte ich die Bohrung wieder<br /> freibekommen.<br /> <br /> http://archiv.mb100.de/images/2/28/DSCN0377.JPG<br /> <br /> <br /> Wieder alles zusammengebaut und der Kühli lief sofort wieder!<br /> Hier die Arbeitschritte lt. Gebrauchsanweisung:<br /> <br /> 1. Brennerschutzblech abschrauben. Ist am Bodenblech verschraubt-<br /> Winkelschraubendreher ist empfehlenswert.<br /> <br /> 2. Überwurfmutter (Teil 1) der Gasltg. Mit 10 er Gabelschlüssel abschrauben.<br /> <br /> 3. Kontermutter (Teil 2) der Düse (Messsingteil) mit 14- er Schlüssel<br /> Lösen, Schutzblech (Teil 3) herausnehmen.<br /> 4. Sicherungsblech (Teil 4) des Brennerrohrs (Teil 5) abschrauben,<br /> Brennerrohr nach vorne schiebn und Düse (Teil 6) aus der Bohrung heraus nehmen.<br /> Es kann günstig sein die gesamte Brennkammer vom Abgaskaminrohr abzuschrauben damit man an Teil 4 herankommt.<br /> <br /> 5. Die Düse hat eine ganz kleine Bohrung, deshalb zum Säubern nur Waschbenzin verwenden. Nach dem Waschen Düse mit dem Mund durchblasen. Halten Sie die Düse gegen das Licht zur Kontrolle, ob die Bohrung wirklich frei ist. Auf keinen Fall harte Gegenstände wie Nadeln, Drahtbürsten etc. verwenden.<br /> <br /> 6. Beim Zusammenbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge vorgehen und nach erfolgter Montage Verschraubungen nach TRF- Sicherheitsvorschrift kontrollieren…..<br /> <br /> http://archiv.mb100.de/images/e/e8/DSCN0378.JPG<br /> <br /> <br /> Der Kühli hatte übrigens seit ein paar Tagen auch nicht mehr die volle Kühlleistung gebracht- wohl ein erstes Anzeichen der Düsenverstopfung.<br /> <br /> ___________________________________________________________________<br /> Grüße<br /> Blacky</div>
